Thank you for giving me with the opportunity to provide you with a psychometry, Tarot card, Lenormand card, tea leaf or medium reading. I believe I was given a gift to share with others by helping them contact their deceased loved ones or other spirits and to offer guidance, reassurance or validation through any one of the readings I offer to you. Your Reading is not a guarantee of how your life will turn out or what will happen to you. Your Reading is a road map of the different events, opportunities, people and places I see in your past, present and future, over which you have FREE WILL and the choice to change. The route you take and the choices you make following your Reading is completely up to you and may alter your future road map and life events.

As a condition to and by me conducting your Reading, you agree that:

1.        you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legally competent to enter into this               agreement and fully understand these terms;

2.        you have voluntarily decided to participate in your Reading;

3.        once I have started your Reading, it is not refundable;

4.        you understand your Reading is not and should not be used as a substitute for any                     medical professional treatment, therapy or counselling you may require in connection                 with your physical mental, emotional or spiritual health and well-being;

5.        any guidance provided during your Reading with respect to your physical, mental,                       emotional or spiritual health and well- being is not and should not be considered to be                 medical advice;

6.        I am not responsible or liable for the results, guidance, reassurance or validation given               to you in your Reading and that your are solely responsible for seeking any medical,                   financial, legal or other professional advice you consider necessary as a consequence of               any guidance given to you in your Reading;

7.        no psychic, clairvoyant, medium or other person with similar abilities can be or is one                 hundred percent (100%) accurate in their ability to provide a reading and as such, I do               not guarantee the accuracy of your Reading in connection with any past, present or                     future events or occurrences in your life;

8.        you waive any claim (including any claim for incidental, indirect special, consequential or             punitive damages) against DoeMystic Above & Beyond by Domenica Mazepa, resulting                 from, arising out of or in any way connected to your Reading, the information provided               to you during your Reading and any guidance, actions or decisions you take or make as               a result of your Reading;

9.        if you provide me with your email address, I may send you correspondence by email,                 including newsletters and advertisements of any information relating to the reading                     services I offer; and

10.      life is what you make of it. Your Reading only provides a glimpse of what I am able to                 see of your life and in the end; you have the ultimate choice in how you live your life                   following your Reading.
